Miami Cup & Showcase Pre-Tournament eCheck-In
To better serve our teams and their team managers/coordinators we are offering free online/electronic check-in (eCheck-In). This will be mandatory for all teams. Any questions should be emailed to email@example.com. E-Check-In will open on Monday, March 25, 2019.
DEADLINE for E-Check-In is Thursday April 25, 2019 – 5:00 PM– NO EXCEPTIONS.
For teams playing Friday night matches at either Kendall Soccer Park, Amelia Earhart Park or Deerwood can check-in at those facilities an hour before their first match.
To Check In Electronically (eCheck-In):
Identify all Documentation to be uploaded to the age group and team code, such as U16BWES9900MC1_Documents as follows:
Name each individual file as follows:
Do not name files by player’s first or last name as these files will not be accepted. Do not upload jpeg1, jpeg 2, only pdf files are accepted. Do not load individual passes and individual releases, only one file for all passes and 1 file for all player releases. Keep your scans at a low legible resolution for uploading. Scan all the above-mentioned documents and upload them to the GotSoccer.com team event documents area.
Our intentions with the online/electronic check-in (eCheck-In) are to provide a better service to participating teams and ultimately save time and make it easier for team managers. [U18] Sports Medicine: Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital’s [U18] Sports Medicine program will provide athletic trainers for the Miami Cup and Showcase and will be on site to assist players needing medical attention. As part of the registration process team, representatives/managers will need to upload a waiver/releases form for each participant. Click to download the [U18] Sports Medicine release.
